This is why the best ones are often very complex and not user friendly, but nevertheless, you can get a lot of use out of them.
One thing I recommend to you is to look for programs that are able to learn from their mistakes. There are chat bots which will accidentally send messages to the wrong person. Such a bot should be taught a lesson in bot training before it causes any trouble. The same applies to software which is based on artificial intelligence, such as Google translate. Such an application will have to be taught to recognize certain phrases which people commonly use when chatting on messenger apps.
